Crowdsourcing the answer to a question instead of Googling it

If a random question comes up, try to find the answer without looking it up. Two ways to play:

1) You get three chances/phone calls to friends to see if they know the answer (choose wisely!). Last time I played this way, the question was, “What’s inside of hand warmer packets?” We called three chemist friends at 10 am on a Sunday morning. None of them knew the right answer. Still fun!

2) If you’re in a public place like a bar, just walk around the bar and ask random folks. People get into it! Last time I played this way, the question was, “What’s the capital of West Virginia?” It took us a long time to figure that one out (it’s Charleston).
